An ideal choice for groups, individuals and families alike, Elterwater Hostel hostel provides simple, comfortable, warm and homely accommodation at a great price.

Sleeping accommodation is in 38 bunk beds split across six private rooms for two people, one family ensuite room, two sole use rooms for up to six people and one four bedded room, as well as male and female shared dorm rooms.

Guests can enjoy delicious home cooked meals served in the spacious dining area, or cook for themselves in the fully equipped self-catering kitchen. There is something for everyone. 

Our friendly local staff are all experts in the surrounding area, and are on hand to help make your experience as enjoyable as possible, be it with specific requests for your group, or simply recommendations for things to do, and the best hikes for the conditions – get in touch, and we’ll do our best to help!
